Hi, purchased your bloomin' skirt pattern at local quilt shop. So cute! Had trouble with the fit...3-6 mo. size. The bloomers were too skinny. Are they really cut at (2)10X16 with skirt 6X40? If I did it right, that means there is suppose to be 8 inches difference. And the waistband was only 28. It didn't work for me. What did I do wrong? Please help!! Thanks, Sherry
